This way followed up by a very detailed printed report, including pictures. He detailed exactly the maintenance needed to be done, to bring my roof back into good condition. We called Aquashield about a worrying roof leak - they arrived the same day and made an effective temporary repair before the next rain. They gave a quotes (with photos) for the permanent repair and some other remedial work we planned, including nail conversion. They answered my questions clearly and re-quoted where necessary.  They were prepared to negotiate the work date to fit in with our schedule and kept us well-informed about work times.  As we were not on site they proactively sent photos of the work and the end result. Other local companies didn't even get back to me. I got a full roof, gutter and downpipe installment. The team communicated well and turned up on time as they stated. They also did the gutters and the insulation while they build the roof which was great given other roofer said I had to get someone else to do the gutters. Aquashield did the whole job which saved me coordinating tradies to finish the job.  Would certainly recommend them for any roofing and assoicated jobs.

They were awesome to deal with, showed up when scheduled and completed the job with absolutely minimal disruption to the school.  They also installed new insulation as part of the roof replacement. While there were a few minor issues along the way they were always very responsive when concerns were raised and fixed things up without question. Wayne and I were so impressed with the whole experience. It was seamless, and the installers were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was like a magic fairy came in and so fast and our roof looks a million dollars. We had other contractors working on our property and they commented how good it looks.
